Intersecting cross-gabled addition to one of the city’s landmark structures on Boat House Row, originally designed by George Hewitt in 1865. First floor boat bay, second and third floor locker room spaces and extensive interior and exterior renovations, including a new three story stair, custom fabricated copper skylight, and new roofing and flashings.
